This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be considered, specifically after a digital solution or service has been delivered and payment has been made.
2. Our "Build First, Deliver, Then Pay" Model
Our service delivery process for digital solutions, including web development, AI solutions, and professional email setup, is designed to eliminate risk for our clients:
- **Free Sample & Approval:** We design and build a sample or demonstration of your requested solution based on your requirements, with **absolutely no cost** to you for this initial development work. You have the opportunity to review and approve this sample or demonstration before any financial commitment.
- **Delivery of Live Assets & Transfer of Control:** Upon your explicit approval of the sample or demonstration, we proceed with the final setup and deployment. This involves:
- Registering any necessary domain names (we initially incur this cost).
- Deploying your solution to our chosen hosting environment.
- Setting up any associated professional email service.
- **Payment After Delivery:** Your payment is requested **only after** you have received these credentials, successfully accessed your live solution, and confirmed its setup and functionality. This means you pay for a service that has already been delivered and is fully accessible to you.
Because no payment is taken before you receive access to the delivered, functional service, there is no "refund" scenario for unapproved or undelivered work. If you do not approve the sample, or if you do not proceed with payment after delivery, the engagement simply concludes with no cost to you (other than potentially any third-party costs you explicitly agreed to prior).
3. Refunds After Delivery & Payment: Extremely Limited Scope
Given that payment occurs *after* you have received and accessed a functional, approved digital solution, and have the ability to take full control, **refunds are generally not provided.** Our services, once delivered, are considered fully consumed and transferred to the client.
3.1. Exceptional Circumstances for Potential Consideration:
A refund would be considered *only* in the highly unlikely and exceptional event of a **fundamental, critical technical flaw** in the delivered solution that:
- Prevents its core functionality *as approved and delivered*.
- Is directly and demonstrably attributable to Reoo.xyz, and was present **at the precise moment of delivery and initial access validation**.
- Cannot be remedied by Reoo.xyz within a reasonable timeframe, **prior to you changing the provided credentials and taking exclusive control.**
Such cases will be evaluated by Reoo.xyz on an individual, case-by-case basis. Your detailed report must be made immediately upon discovery of the fundamental flaw, and within 48 hours of receiving access credentials, and **before you change any provided passwords or take exclusive control.**
3.2. Non-Refundable Situations (Post-Delivery & Payment):
No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances, as these relate to services already delivered, accepted, and transferred:
- **Change of Mind:** Once you have approved the sample, received access to the live solution, and made payment, a change of mind regarding the design, functionality, or concept is not grounds for a refund.
- **Client-Induced Issues:** Problems arising from any modifications made by the client, issues with client's chosen third-party services (if applicable), or their misuse of the provided platforms. Misuse of the provided platforms (hosting, email service, or other solution access) will also not be eligible for a refund.
- **Issues After Transfer of Control:** Any issues arising *after* you change the provided credentials or otherwise take exclusive control over the delivered solution, as Reoo.xyz will no longer have access to diagnose or remedy such issues.
- **Functionality as Approved:** If the solution functions as per the approved sample and delivered access, no refund will be issued.
- **Incurred Third-Party Costs:** The domain registration fee, which is a non-recoverable third-party cost incurred by Reoo.xyz for your benefit, is strictly non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered. Any other direct third-party service costs incurred on your behalf are also non-refundable.
- **Lack of Testing/Communication:** Failure to test the delivered assets upon receipt of credentials, or failure to communicate issues within the specified timeframe.
4. Issue Resolution & Support
We encourage you to thoroughly test your delivered solution and access immediately upon receiving the login credentials. If you encounter any technical issues or discrepancies related to the initial setup and approved functionality, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving any legitimate bugs or problems to ensure your delivered service works as intended.
5. Non-Payment After Delivery
In the event that you receive access to the delivered solution but fail to make the agreed-upon payment within the specified timeframe, Reoo.xyz will consider this a breach of agreement. As we lose administrative access once you change passwords, we will be unable to revoke access to the delivered solution. However, Reoo.xyz reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action to recover the outstanding payment and any associated costs or damages incurred.
6. Intellectual Property Reminder
Please note that full ownership of the final delivered solution (e.g., website code, AI model, email setup) is transferred to the client **only upon full and final payment.** If payment is not received as per our terms, ownership of the delivered assets does not transfer to you, and Reoo.xyz retains all rights to the work.
